Our Founder

Er. M. Elgiva John is the Chief Executive of Endeavour Associates – Architects & Structural Engineers, a leading firm specializing in the Design and Execution of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospital and Institutional projects. Formerly a Senior Structural Engineer at L&T Construction, Chennai, he has handled complex Steel and Concrete Structures including IT Parks, Hospitals, Towers and Airport Buildings. A rank holder in his M.Tech, he holds several esteemed titles such as Chartered Engineer, Registered Structural Engineer (Grade-I), Registered Engineer (Grade-II). He is a Valuer of Income Tax & Wealth Tax and also an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India).
He currently serves as the State Joint Treasurer & PRO of Structural Engineers Association Tamil Nadu (SEAT) and Chapter President of SEAT Dindigul. His academic contributions includes serving as an Industrial Expert for the Board of Studies at Nandha Engineering College (2022–2024) and currently at Jai Shriram Engineering College and SSM Institute of Engineering & Technology (2025–2028). He is also the Vice-President-II of the Dharapuram Taluk Civil Engineers Association.With strong technical expertise and leadership, he continues to drive innovation and quality in the field of Structural Engineering.
